Generation Zen is a non-profit organization based in Frisco, TX. Our team is dedicated to normalizing stress-relieving practices in our daily routines by undertaking various projects. Whether it's through creating small, physical reminders of mindfulness or starting initiatives to get the youth of our community involved in art therapy, we hope to inspire the next generation to prioritize mental well-being.

My name is Sruti Medavaram, and I'm the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Generation Zen. With a personal passion for mindfulness and well-being, I launched Generation Zen to provide innovative solutions for mental health and anxiety management.

Rithika Jamisetty
My name is Rithika Jamisetty, and I am the Chief Financial Officer for Generation Zen. Having witnessed the negative impact anxiety has on the students of my community, I decided to join Generation Zen to aid in an organized effort to promote simple ways to alleviate anxiety in daily life.
